yourboykiran (Kiran) is an A&R, DJ, Producer, Presenter, and Curator based in London. His sound is inspired by a wide range of influences from Baile Funk, Jersey Club, Asian Underground, UKG, UK Funky and UK Dubstep to Electro, Footwork, 160 and Jungle. On top of A&Ring for 4NC¥ (a label started by Foreign Beggars founder, PAV4N), he’s also the co-founder (alongside friend and collaborator, Darama) of the label, Bubblin which pairs each release with a comic book, and aims to bring art, music and story-telling together. He’s also part of the management team behind DAYTIMERS - a collective that aims to celebrate South Asian artistry. As well as day to day running, he’s been involved in putting on and programming various events, charity compilations, and hosting their Reprezent show.

As a DJ, he’s had sets at Glastonbury, Boomtown, Ministry of Sound, Razzmatazz (Barcelona) Queens Yard Festival, Dialled In, The Cause, Oval Space, Colour Factory, Space 289, Peckham Levels, Lost Horizon (Bristol), TOLA, and more. He’s also featured on Radio such as NTS (Anu, Bianca Oblivion - Mix was an NTS Pick), Rinse FM, triple j (Australia), Manara’s Pure Spice Show (BBC), Selector Radio (Jamz Supernova), Notion Magazine, Worldwide FM, Balamii, Reprezent, Boxout (India), Vandelay Radio, and was featured in Trench Magazine’s Mixes of the week. In July 2023, he was also featured in Mixmag’s Impact mix + interview series.
